Effective Date: July 20, 2026
Welcome to Shri Media Traffic ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our website or working with us on any of our services, you're agreeing to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If something here doesn't sit right with you, we'd rather you not use our services than sign up for something you're not comfortable with.
1. Agreeing to These Terms
Simply put — if you're browsing our site or working with us on a project, we're assuming you've read through this and you're on board with it.
2. What We Do
Shri Media Traffic helps businesses grow through digital marketing. Our services cover:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Local SEO
- Google Ads (PPC)
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Website Design & Development
- Content Marketing
- Online Reputation Management (ORM)
- Graphic Design
- E-commerce Marketing
- Website Maintenance
- Digital Marketing Consultation
The exact scope, timeline, and cost of your project will be laid out in a proposal, quote, or agreement specific to you.
3. What We Need From You
To do our job well, we ask that you:
- Give us accurate, complete information about your business and project.
- Provide access to your website, hosting, analytics, ad accounts, or whatever platforms the work requires.
- Get back to us with approvals or feedback in a reasonable amount of time.
- Make sure any content, images, or trademarks you hand over are actually yours to use.
If there's a delay on your end getting us what we need, it'll likely push your timeline back too.
4. Payments
- Payments follow whatever's laid out in your proposal or invoice.
- Invoices are due by the date specified.
- If a payment is late, we may need to pause work until it's settled.
- Once paid, fees generally aren't refundable — unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Timelines
We'll give you estimated delivery dates to help with planning, but a few things can affect how quickly a project actually comes together:
- How fast you approve things
- Whether we have the content we need on time
- Processing times on third-party platforms
- Technical hiccups outside our control
We do our best to hit deadlines, but delays caused by clients or outside platforms aren't something we can be held responsible for.
6. Being Honest About SEO & Marketing Results
Marketing results depend on a lot of moving parts — your competition, your industry, the state of your website, algorithm changes, and more. We use proven strategies and best practices, but we won't promise things we can't control, including:
- Specific keyword rankings
- A spot on Google's first page
- A set increase in traffic
- Guaranteed leads or sales
- Revenue growth by a certain date
There are too many outside factors at play for anyone to honestly guarantee these outcomes.
7. Google Ads & Paid Advertising
When it comes to running ads:
- You pay for your ad spend directly, unless we've arranged something different.
- Our management fee is separate from what you spend on ads.
- How your campaign performs depends on things like audience behavior, competition, your landing page, and the platform's own rules.
- We're not liable for any account issues that come from problems with your product, service, or content.
8. Website Development
For website projects:
- Once you approve the final site, that means the work is considered complete.
- If you want new features added afterward, that'll usually be treated as a new project.
- Domains, hosting, premium themes, or plugins are billed separately unless we've included them in your proposal.
9. Who Owns What
- Your logos, trademarks, images, and business content stay yours — always.
- We hold onto our own methods, templates, tools, reports, and internal processes — the "how" behind what we do.
- If your project includes custom website files, full ownership transfers to you once payment is complete, as outlined in your agreement.
10. Keeping Things Confidential
We'll keep your information private, and we ask that you do the same with anything we share. The only exceptions are if the law requires disclosure or if you've given us written permission.
11. Working With Third-Party Platforms
Some of our work involves platforms like:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- WordPress
- Shopify
- Hosting providers
- Analytics tools
These platforms can change their policies, pricing, or have outages — and unfortunately, that's out of our hands.
12. Limits on Our Liability
To the extent the law allows, we can't be held responsible for:
- Indirect or knock-on damages
- Business interruptions
- Lost revenue or profits
- Lost data
- Fluctuations in search rankings
- Decisions made by ad platforms
If a claim does arise, the most we'd be liable for is the amount you paid for that specific service.
13. Ending Our Work Together
Either of us can end our working relationship with written notice, following whatever's specified in your service agreement.
Once things wrap up:
- Any outstanding invoices are due right away.
- Completed work still needs to be paid for.
- Ongoing services may be switched off once the project closes.
14. Using Our Website
Please don't:
- Use our site for anything illegal.
- Try to access our systems without permission.
- Upload viruses or harmful code.
- Copy or redistribute our content without asking first.
15. We May Update Our Services
We might tweak, pause, or discontinue a service or website feature from time to time — sometimes without advance notice.
16. We May Update These Terms
We'll revise these terms now and then. If you keep using our site after an update, we'll take that as your agreement to the new terms.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts where Shri Media Traffic operates.
